Welcome to Feel Good Remedies. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, website, and appointment bookings provided by Gail at Feel Good Remedies (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Services & Scope of Practice
  1. Holistic Support: Services provided by Feel Good Remedies (including Reflexology and Indian Head Massage) are complementary therapies intended to support overall well-being, relaxation, and stress relief.
  2. Medical Disclaimer: Complementary therapies are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Gail is a qualified holistic therapist, not a medical doctor. If you have a medical condition, severe symptoms, or concerns about your health, please consult your GP or a qualified medical professional.
2. Appointments & Consultations
  1. Health Screening: All new clients are required to complete a confidential consultation prior to or at the start of their first treatment.
  2. Medical Disclosure: You agree to disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, existing conditions, medications, or recent surgeries. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health changes prior to subsequent treatments.
  3. Contraindications: Certain medical conditions may prevent treatment from taking place or may require GP consent. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for your health condition.
  4. Age Requirements: Treatments are offered specifically for adult women. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Booking, Payment, & Pricing
  1. Prices: All prices listed on our website or promotional materials are subject to change. The cost confirmed at the time of your booking will apply.
  2. Payment Methods: Payment can be made via our online booking platform, bank transfer, or cash on the day of treatment (where agreed).
  3. Deposits: We reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit to secure appointments during peak booking periods.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected events happen. However, as a small business, late cancellations directly affect our schedule.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • 24+ Hours’ Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge.
    • Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the total treatment cost.
    • No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the full 100% treatment fee being charged before future bookings can be made.
  2. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure subsequent clients are not delayed. The full treatment fee will still apply.
  3. Cancellations by Us: On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency). In such cases, we will offer you the earliest available alternative appointment or a full refund for prepaid sessions.
5. Client Conduct & Studio Environment
  1. Environment: Feel Good Remedies is dedicated to providing a safe, clean, and restful environment.
  2. Inappropriate Behaviour: Any inappropriate, abusive, or sexually suggestive behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the treatment. The full fee will remain payable, and future bookings will be permanently refused.
6. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
  1. Personal Information: We collect and securely store personal contact details and consultation notes to provide safe, effective care and to fulfil insurance requirements.
  2. Confidentiality: Your personal and medical information will remain strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
  3.  Storage: Records are retained in accordance with legal requirements. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website.
